only one up of teh gao a day. if there is a need for more than one cup of tea. drink teh o
jog every thurs n fri.
drink more water
eat more fruits.
no more gravy on my rice =)

Baked a butter cake today.
comments..
it was a 50% thing. half loved it and said it was yummy. but
my band mates said it was a tad too dense n still a bit dry.
hmm
actually
i love the texture of this cake. its dense n great with a cup of tea or coffee =)
